One of my pledge sisters from college, Britt, called me a few months ago about planning her wedding, and she only had 2 months to get everything done. So after several brainstorming sessions together, we pulled off a beautiful day for her. She looked so amazing in her wedding gown and the SL Hardware Building was a perfect setting for her contemporary taste.
It was so great to see a bunch of old friends and to help a sister out on one of the most exciting days of her life!!
I didn't have a ton of time to take pictures and I really need to get better at photographing flowers, so bare with me :) Hopefully I can get some better ones from the photographer!
Britt loved tulips and calla lilies, so we used them everywhere we could and made them stand on their own rather than loosing them within a typical arrangement.
Her mother made brown satin runners for all the tables. Since her colors were chocolate brown, white and a deep red, we added dark red dahlias, calla lilies and roses to hydrangea in a glass vase lined with green and red leaves.
She liked the idea of having all the centerpieces different for each table.
Britt also loves hydrangea, so we paired it with her other favorites, calla lilies and tulips, for every other table arrangement.
Go Em! Looks beautiful!
