I worked for Salt Lake CAP Headstart through college and a little after I graduated. I mostly did Public Relations, but every once in a while, an event would come up that my boss and I would plan. My last year working for Headstart, I had the privilege of planning their very first fundraiser gala, The Bloom, at La Caille. Since then, the Bloom has become a large success and a popular event among Salt Lake City's favorite fundraisers and auctions.
This year I was asked by the organization's director, Erin Trenbeath, to be a part of the planning committee. I happily accepted the offer. I was also able to donate my time by arranging all the centerpieces for the 5th Annual Headstart Bloom. It was so much fun to attend the event again, they put on such a great program and auction.
I didn't get very many pictures, but here is one of the centerpieces. Each one had a bottle of wine and a $50 La Caille gift certificate for purchasing.
